Description: From time to time, offer clear assessment(s) and report(s) to CME client(s) within each respective state licensed.

Exceptance: Must complete CME creditialing process and approval

Customer Service Representatives (Also known as Schedulers)

Description: Required to communicate with insurance professionals and coordinate the completion of medical services while meeting set company requirements when following a stringent process.

Qualifications: Must complete thorough background check and interview process. Candidate must have minimum of three (3) years experience as claim analyst and or five (5) years experience as customer service representative working for a vendor who services claim offices.
